Up to? date we have arrange 11 numbers of marathon in 12 years. All the marathon were arranged by RTSVM and Rotary Club of Panvel Industrial Town help and participation. This year Rotary Club of Panvel Industrial Town had taken equal responsibility in management and participation for the success of the event. The main aim of this marathon is to make awareness in the community about health and? fitness and create urge to do concrete for the community, where a need is real and honest help is required. Applicants must submit their entries only via Online Application form available on this website. No individual/group has been authorized to collect entries on behalf of the Event. 2. Information against all mandatory fields prefixed with ?*? on the entry form must be filled. Incomplete/wrong entries will be rejected. 3. An applicant must affix his/her latest colored photograph on the application form or attach a passport size jpeg while registering online. The applicant?s face must be clearly visible in the photograph. 4. After submission of form an acknowledge receipt will be sent to the email address filled in the form. The participant have to print out the acknowledge receipt and have to submit it along with requisite fee on designated counters of Kharghar marathon. 5. A form received without the correct fee or no fee will be rejected. 6. For entry acceptance, the entry form ?Waiver? must be signed. If the applicant is below the age of 18 years, his/her guardian must also sign the waiver and write his/her relation with the applicant on the form. 7. Group Entries: NO GROUP ENTRIES will be accepted for the Marathon and Half Marathon race categories; applicants of these race categories need to apply and will be treated as individual entries. 8. Entries not accepted: Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your entry is not confirmed for any reason, the application fees paid by you will be refunded on or between 5thDecember 2016 to 15th December 2016. For the same participant or His/her/Their representative needs to visit the Kharghar Marathon?s office with the receipt of the application form. An amount of Rs 50 will be deducted as processing charges. 9. Refunds: Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event Registration Team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 25th January 2016. 10. Entry Cancellation: Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained. 11. All Marathon and Half Marathon participant?s race day images will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participant is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that BIB will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2016. 12. For entry acceptance, the entry form ?Waiver? must be signed. The right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this application form is at the sole discretion of Kharghar Marathon. and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances, and the applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising hereunder.
